I’m Siegfred Redoble, the founder of excelenciaHub. I started the agency in September 2020 with one clear goal in mind to build the most trusted and reliable customer support agency for the eCommerce and SaaS industry.

I wanted to change that by creating a team that treats every customer interaction as a chance to build trust, loyalty, and long-term value.


Today, I continue to lead ExcelenciaHub with a strong focus on quality, accountability, and genuine care for the brands we support. For me, it’s not just about answering tickets. It’s about becoming an extension of our clients’ businesses and helping them grow through exceptional customer experience.
